Stu Hudson
Stu Hudson opened Anchor Roofing & Exteriors in 2002 along with his wife Shelly. Stu has over 25 years’ experience in the roofing, siding and gutter industry working on all types of commercial and residential projects. Stu has a great reputation working with some of the best builders and remodelers throughout the Twin Cities and Western Wisconsin. He attributes his great success to communicating with the customer throughout each project. His ability to problem solve and attention to detail are key to the success that Anchor continues to have to this day.
Stu loves playing golf when he has time and spending time with his wife Shelly. They love to travel when they have time.
Joe Larson
Joe Larson is the Nephew of Stu and Shelly Hudson. He has over 15 years’ experience in the Roofing, Siding & Gutter industry. He started with Stu at Anchor Roofing & Exteriors in 2015 and has never looked back. He brings a lot of experience and support to help Anchor succeed every day. His attention to detail and communication with his customers is second to none. He is usually the first one to arrive and last one to leave at every job. He is in Sales, Project Management, & Estimator.
He loves spending time with wife Carolyn in the outdoors fishing, golfing, and camping.
Eric Anderson
Eric joined Anchor Roofing & Exteriors in 2022 and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction sales and project management. He excels in both commercial and residential projects, earning a solid reputation for communication and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Eric cherishes the time with his wonderful wife and daughters and can be found fishing, hunting, or playing a round of golf when there’s time.
Jeff Mattson
Jeff joins us with 20 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in maintenance, remodeling, and new construction. His ability to anticipate and creatively troubleshoot potential issues ensures that every project is executed with precision. Jeff's strong work ethic and dedication to quality craftsmanship align perfectly with our commitment to excellence. We're confident that his skills will further elevate our services and bring even more satisfaction to our valued customers.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Mara and their golden retriever, Olli. An adventurer at heart, he loves hitting the road for spontaneous road trips whenever the opportunity presents itself.
